Indian style mango lassi in 4 easy steps






Ingredients

for 6 servings


🔪 2 ripe mangoes

🔪 2 cups natural yogurt(500 g)

🔪 20 ice cubes

🔪 ½ cup milk(100 mL)

🔪 ½ cup water(100 mL)

🔪 1 tablespoon brown sugar

🔪 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

🔪 1 pinch saffron, to serve



Preparation


1) Remove the skin and cores of the mangoes and add the flesh to a blender.

2) Add in all the ingredients apart from saffron. Blend till smooth.

3) Serve with a pinch of saffron.

4) Enjoy!
